Where do orders ship from?

We operate multiple warehouses at different locations. Orders are shipped from the nearest warehouse based on the delivery address. The actual shipping origin depends on where the product is stored, and specific warehouse selection is not supported at this time.

When will my order ship?

Order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a message of shipping detail.

 

About Shipping Carriers

We select the most suitable carrier based on the product characteristics (such as size, weight, and volume) and the delivery address. Our partnered carriers include DHL, UPS, and EMS, etc. If you have a carrier preference, please contact us  at sales@3bindustry.com right after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request and confirm whether it can be arranged.
